Return & Exchange Policy 

Aliza Fatima is committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer returns only for defective items purchased online, provided the products meet the following conditions.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unworn, unstitched, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers wishing to request a return must contact our customer support team via email at info@alizafatima.com.pk within 7 days of receiving the order. Kindly mention your order ID along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
(This policy applies to Pakistani orders only.)

For approved claims, customers may select a replacement product from the available collection on the Aliza Fatima online store. Depending on the situation, the issue may be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Any courier or shipping charges related to returning a defective item will be covered by Aliza Fatima and will not be charged to the customer.

Customers requesting an exchange for reasons other than defects are responsible for sending the item along with the original invoice to the Aliza Fatima Head Office at their own expense. Delivery charges for the exchanged product will also be borne by the customer.

Please note that sale items, discounted products, and promotional articles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order by emailing info@alizafatima.com.pk with their order ID.

Please note that cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.


Custom Order Policy

At Aliza Fatima, we proudly offer customized outfits tailored to your preferences and measurements. Please review our custom order policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Definition of Custom Orders

Custom orders include products specially prepared according to the customer’s requested measurements, size adjustments, color preferences, embellishments, or design modifications.

2. Non-Refundable

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all custom orders are strictly non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are advised to carefully review all measurements and customization details before confirming the order.

4. Order Confirmation

Once a custom order is placed, a confirmation email containing all order specifications will be shared with the customer. Please review all information carefully to avoid any inconvenience later.

5. Production & Delivery Time

Custom orders may require additional preparation and stitching time depending on the design and customization requirements. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery timeline upon order confirmation.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences. Such minor variations will not be considered defects.
